 The applicant should be above 21 years and below 60 years

Interest rate - 10.50 % P A

Permissible Loan limit:

Minimum above Rs 10.00 lakh

Maximum Rs 50.00 lakh

Society	By laws of Society, Registration Certificate from the Registrar of Societies
Private Ltd. Company	Certificate of Incorporation/memorandum and Articles of Association
Public Ltd. Company	Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum and Articles of Association, Certificate of commencement of business.

 Proof of identity- Aadhar Card/Voter’s ID card/ Passport/ driving licence/ PAN card/ signature identification from present bankers of proprietor, partner or Director (if a company)

 Proof of residence - Recent telephone bills, electricity bill, property tax receipt/ passport/voter’s ID card of proprietor, partner or Director (if a partnership firm/company)

 Proof of Minority Community

 MSME registration, if applicable

 Registration under Shops and Establishment Act, if applicable

 Drug License & Pollution Control Certificate from PCB, if applicable

 Last three years’ Balance Sheets of the units along with income tax (applicable for cases from Rs. 2 lacs and above).

 The audited balance sheets are necessary for borrower having turnover of more than Rs.2 Crores however unaudited balance sheets are also acceptable as per extant instructions of the bank if turnover is below 2 Crores.

 Project Report & Projected balance sheets for the next two years in case of working capital limits and for the period of the loan in case of term loan (for cases of Rs. 2 lacs and above)

 Latest GST Returns Filled, if applicable

 Details of any other statutory dues remaining outstanding

 Any other statutory registration/compliances, if applicable

 Passport size photograph/s of the applicant/s

 Credit information Form of concern/ promoter / guarantors, as applicable

 Any other document as per checklist (Please specify)

Primary: Hypothecation of stocks/machinery purchased and /or EM/RM of constructed Factory Building or firm etc out of Bank finance.
Collateral: EM/RM of SARFAESI Compliant property offered for the facility.
